The 3F Club is only accepting new applications from
August 1st through September 30.
All applications will be reviewed in October and a notice will ONLY be sent out, in early November, for those who have been accepted as new members.
You must reapply the following year if you do not receive a membership acceptance letter.
Note:
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR APPLICATION SPONSORED BY A CURRENT MEMBER. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A SPONSOR IT IS ENCOURAGED THAT A LETTER OF INTENT IS ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION.
If you are a relative of a current member please state that as well.
The application form will ONLY be available from August 1st Through Sept 30th. The link below will be available only during that period. Click on it and the form will open up in a tab in your browser or in Adobe Acrobat reader. Print the form, fill it out, get your sponsor(s) to sign and turn in, (or mail it to the address at the top).
